When an emergency call comes in, you want to be confident that your team is prepared and ready to respond. One way to do this is by maintaining accurate records for all of your EMTs and Paramedics. This includes keeping copies of driver's licenses, EMT and Paramedic certification records, as well as any other state-required certifications. You should also be aware of any upcoming renewals for these certifications. Additionally, you will need to keep copies of all ambulance commission certifications, as well as VIN/registration certificates and state ALS/BLS certifications on file. By staying up-to-date on these requirements, you can ensure that your team is always ready to respond to emergencies.
